Villa 1 - Rates & Availability  

Check the rates and availability of Villa 1, a 4 bedroom vacation home in Kissimmee, Florida just minutes from the Disney theme parks and other vacation activities. If you find Villa 1 is booked, check one of the other vacation homes (Villa 2 Availability & Villa 3 Availability).

ADDITIONAL FEES:

* Any stay less than 6 nights will incur a $75 house cleaning fee.

*Florida State Sales and Guest Tax is 13%

* $20 a day pool heat rate

*$250 security deposit required. It is refunded 10 days after the keys are returned and the Villa 1 vacation home is checked for damage. No additional fees for Hot Tub heat, BBQ Grill, Crib, High Chair, Stroller or Computer with Internet Access

PAYMENT PROCESS: $300 Deposit is required 90 days in advance to hold reservation. The Deposit is Non-Refundable Balance is due 60 days in advance of stay. Once balance is paid, it is Non-Refundable if cancelled within 60 days of check-in
