Villa 2 Rates & Availability

The nightly rates for Villa Fantasia 2 vary according to month:

Discount Rate - $209 a night, plus tax; Jan., Sept.

Low Rate - $229 a night, plus tax; May, Oct., Nov., Dec.

Medium Rate - $249 a night; plus tax, Feb., March

High Rate - $269 a night, plus tax; June, July, August

Peak Rate - $289 a night, plus tax;  Month of April, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years weeks - Full Week Rentals only.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

* Any stay less than 6 nights will incur a $125 house cleaning fee.

*** Florida Sales and Guest Tax is 13%***

* $25 a day pool heat rate.

*$500 deposit required 90 days in advance to hold reservation.

*$400 security deposit required, refunded 10 days after keys are returned, and home is checked for damage.

***NO FEE: Please note Villa Fantasia 2 does not charge anything extra for the BBQ Grill, Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Booster Seat or Computer with Internet Access***

PAYMENT PROCESS:

*Deposit is Non-Refundable.

*Balance is due 60 days in advance. Once Balance is paid, it is Non-Refundable if cancelled within 60 days of check-in.

*We accept credit cards, payment by check, or money order.
