May/Oct/Nov/Dec Rates - $229 + tax

Feb/March Rates - $249 + tax

June/July/Aug Rates - $269 + tax

HOLIDAY Rates - $289 + tax; Month of April, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years weeks *restriction: full week rentals only

ADDITIONAL FEES:

* Any stay less than 6 nights will incur a $125 house cleaning fee.

*Florida State Sales and Guest Tax is 13%

* $25 a day pool heat rate

*$400 security deposit required. It is refunded 10 days after the keys are returned and the vacation home is checked for damage. No additional fees for Hot Tub heat, BBQ Grill, Crib, High Chair, Stroller or Computer with Internet Access

PAYMENT PROCESS: $500 Deposit is required 90 days in advance to hold reservation. The Deposit is Non-Refundable Balance is due 60 days in advance of stay. Once balance is paid, it is Non-Refundable if cancelled within 60 days of check-in
